Mardi Michels
Mardi Michels is a full-time elementary school French teacher, cookery teacher, food and travel writer, recipe developer and the author of eatlivetravelwrite.com. A full-time francophile, her first cookbook, In the French Kitchen with Kids (Appetite by Random House,) was released on July 31, 2018.
Neil Phillips
Neil Phillips works in the 3PL industry and is an active Rotarian. Having completed his wine & spirits certification, he furthers his knowledge of all things vinous as a member of the French Wine Society and Society of Wine Educators. He is the “wine chap” for Mardi’s website, and is passionate about global travel.
